A standard domestic EPC starts from £70 per property. The Compliance Bundle (EPC + floor plan, one visit) starts from £105 — best value for landlords. Volume discounts from 6+ properties. See the full pricing cards above on the Services & Pricing page.
Same-day lodgement is standard for most London properties. Your EPC is lodged directly to the national register within 24 hours of the survey — often the same afternoon. You'll receive the certificate by email and it's publicly searchable immediately.
Yes. Under the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations 2012, an EPC is a legal requirement before marketing any property for sale or let. From April 2025, new tenancies must achieve a minimum rating of C. A survey will identify exactly what's needed to comply and the most cost-effective improvements.
A full M&E condition survey covers all mechanical and electrical plant and equipment: HVAC (AHUs, chillers, FCUs, boilers), electrical distribution (switchgear, DBs, transformers), plumbing and drainage, fire protection, BMS systems, and any specialised equipment relevant to the building type — including data centres, hospitals, and high-security facilities.
Deliverables include a condition-graded asset register with photographic evidence, remaining useful life (RUL) estimates, a PPM schedule. Supplied in Excel and PDF formats.
A snagging survey is for new-build properties before legal completion — it identifies defects, unfinished work, and M&E installation issues for the developer to rectify at no cost to you. Best done before you move in.
A stock condition survey is for housing associations, local authorities, and portfolio landlords. It systematically assesses the condition of building fabric and M&E components across multiple existing units to plan capital maintenance budgets and prioritise spend.
